SEATTLE, Wash. (May 3, 2018) – Perkins Coie is proud to announce that it has again been ranked by Chambers & Partners, publishers of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, as one of the top law firms in the United States. For 2018, the firm is recognized in 51 practice areas and 130 individual attorneys were also recognized.
Highlights from the firm’s 2018 Chambers rankings include:
- 130 Perkins Coie attorneys were individually recognized by Chambers as leaders in their field, with 32 attorneys earning the Band 1 ranking within their practice areas.
- Of the 51 practice areas recognized, 20 were ranked Band 1.
- Ten Perkins Coie attorneys were recognized for the first time: Eric A. DeJong, Craig S. Gilbert, Matthew S. Gray, Julie Jones, Eliot L. Kaplan, Seth J. King, J. David Larsen, Devin P. McComb, Kathleen M. O’Sullivan, and Michelle M. Umberger.
- Alaska partner Eric B. Fjelstad (for the fifth time) and Oregon partners Stephen F. English (for the eighth consecutive year) and Roy W. Tucker (for the ninth consecutive year) were recognized as “Star Individuals” (considered above a Band 1 ranking).
