SEATTLE (December 6, 2021)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that 47 attorneys have been promoted to the firm’s counsel position, effective January 1, 2022.
This year, 72% of the counsel class is diverse, including women, lawyers of color, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Additionally, 28% of the class members are, or have been, on a flexible work arrangement at the firm.
A counsel is a partnership-track position for attorneys with at least six years of experience who are recognized for their high-quality legal work, ability to supervise junior attorneys and staff, and collaborative efforts with partners on managing client matters.
