Mallory Webster is a litigator who handles high-stakes commercial and consumer disputes for Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. Mallory represents clients in a broad range of disputes—consumer protection actions, contractual disputes, trade secret litigation, and private arbitration. She has deep experience combatting “mass arbitration” strategies by consumers and plaintiffs’ attorneys.
Clients turn to Mallory to argue key motions on thorny issues, compel the individual arbitration of putative class actions, and secure on summary judgment the full dismissal of cases before trial. Mallory is a persuasive writer and skilled oral advocate with significant trial court experience, gained from second chairing a federal trial and clerking for the Hon. James L. Robart of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Mallory maintains an active pro bono practice focused on upholding constitutional rights and providing opportunities for people formerly involved in the criminal justice system. Mallory is also a trustee of Pratt Fine Arts Center, which works to foster an inclusive art‐making community.
Mallory graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Washington Law Review. Before her legal career, Mallory managed political campaigns and directed the fundraising for a Seattle-based nonprofit.
