Lindsey Dunn is a trial lawyer in the firm’s Litigation practice, handling complex civil litigation and commercial litigation matters with a focus on breach of contract, class actions, products liability, real estate, and construction. Lindsey regularly counsels clients of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—in a diverse range of industries, such as technology, aviation, manufacturing, and finance.
Lindsey advises clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation dispute resolution through the appeals process. She has extensive experience in managing the litigation discovery process, with a particular emphasis on electronic discovery. Lindsey has managed document discovery in cases of all sizes and is well-versed in emerging technologies designed to apply computer learning and artificial intelligence (AI) to maximize efficiency in the discovery process. She has counseled clients on their document retention policies, including policies relating to employees’ mobile phones, ensuring her clients are in the best possible position if faced with discovery requests.
Lindsey’s understanding of each case’s discovery gives her a deep knowledge of her clients and cases that enables her to take depositions, argue motions, and advocate for her client at every juncture of a case. She has been named “One to Watch” in Best Lawyers.
As part of her pro bono practice, Lindsey works as a volunteer lawyer for the Colorado Poverty Law Center, representing indigent clients in housing and eviction cases.
Lindsey has successfully represented clients before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, as well as the Colorado Court of Appeals. Lindsey is a former law clerk to Justice Monica M. Márquez of the Colorado Supreme Court. She also interned for Chief Judge Timothy Tymkovich of the Tenth Circuit.
