Jordon De La Cruz has experience drafting a variety of matters including software licensing, cloud computing services, healthcare agreements, outsourcing agreements, professional consulting services agreements and retail agreements. Jordon also has involvement helping clients with TCPA and HIPAA compliance. In addition, Jordon has worked on agreements ranging from Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS), to Platform as a Service (PaaS). Jordon also supports clients with various payment card industry data security rules, ACH system rules and payment brand rules for all four major payment brands. Jordon’s recent technology experiences include helping clients comply with facial recognition and biometric laws and also assisting with various machine learning and artificial intelligence issues.
While in law school, Jordon served as a legal intern for Hewlett-Packard and as an Associate Editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. Prior to law school, Jordon worked as an Intellectual Property Paralegal Clerk at a Texas-based law firm.
