Kevin Kantharia is an experienced patent attorney focusing on patent prosecution and patent portfolio development. Kevin regularly counsels clients to help them develop patent portfolios. In both U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, he has successfully prosecuted patents in a variety of technologies, including 5G standard essential technology, autonomous vehicle technology, video coding technology, avionics, data analytics, software, and e-commerce.
Kevin leverages his years of experience as a patent litigator and as an electrical engineer to draft and prosecute patent applications. His patent litigation experience includes successfully representing some of the best-known consumer product companies in federal district court and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Before entering legal practice, Kevin was a senior electrical engineer at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, where he developed tests for radar electronics on the F-15 and F/A-18 aircraft.
