Colleen Ganin focuses her practice on trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, licensing and enforcement, and counsels clients in a variety of industries, including fashion, finance, sports, entertainment, consumer products, and technology.
Among managing large-scale trademark clearance and filing programs and international trademark portfolios, Colleen also counsels clients on securing and enforcing trade dress rights, as well as copyright in wearable designs.
Colleen’s IP transactional experience includes trademark, copyright, and content license agreements, merchandising agreements, sponsorship agreements, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, asset purchase agreements, art commission agreements, publicity agreements and software development agreements.
While attending the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, Colleen served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Arizona Law Review and was awarded the University of Arizona Foundation “Outstanding Senior” Award.
