SEATTLE (May 11, 2021)—Perkins Coie is proud to represent client Nuun, a leading provider of healthy sports hydration that has built a loyal following of athletes and fitness enthusiasts over the past 16 years, in an agreement to be acquired by Nestle Health Science. Nuun is a partner company of leading private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners.
