Jingyuan Huang focuses her practice on patent prosecution and counseling, due diligence, and patent litigation support in various areas, including imaging and video processing; heterogeneous computing; artificial intelligence (AI); e-commerce; wireless communications, including long-term evolution (LTE) and 5G technologies; optical systems; medical imaging technologies; and nanotechnology. Jing also assists with post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including inter partes review (IPR).
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jing was an engineer, developing technologies and software for Windows/Android graphics and camera drivers and pre-silicon drivers for the next generation of graphic chips. Jing also has technical experience with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); she helped develop software to track real-time positions of artery catheters in MRI-assisted operations (femoral and cardiac arteries) and assisted in analyzing images captured using different pulse sequences for functional brain MRI studies. Jing previously held engineering positions at QUALCOMM Technologies, Inc. and NVIDIA Corporation.
