Committed to the Immersive Technology Community

An early and enthusiastic participant in the immersive technology/XR industry, we have helped support startup resources such as the WXR, VR Fund, and University of California, Berkeley SkyDeck incubator, and form alliances with industry communities. We also represented HTC in connection with the formation of and participation in the XR Association (formally the Global Virtual Reality Association), whose founding members include Google VR, HTC Vive, Facebook Technologies, Sony Interactive, and Star VR.

Teaming with the XR Association, our attorneys developed the fifth-annual XR Industry Insider Survey. The survey compiled the responses of over 150 startup founders, executives with established technology companies, investors, and consultants to better understand the XR technology outlook and market trends.
