Several Perkins Coie attorneys were mentioned in the article "Law360's Weekly Verdict: Legal Lions & Lambs," published by Law360.

The Federal Circuit ruled Thursday that Mylan NV’s planned generic version of the blood-thinner Angiomax does not infringe two patents owned by The Medicines Co., siding with arguments made by this week’s top legal lion Perkins Coie and partly reversing a lower court’s decision. Mylan is represented by Shannon Bloodworth, David Lee Anstaett, Dan L. Bagatell, Autumn N. Nero and David R. Pekarek Krohn of Perkins Coie LLP.
