Overview

Olivia Radics is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. She has represented clients in a variety of litigation cases, including commercial litigation, patent litigation, and constitutional litigation cases.

While earning her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Olivia served as a research assistant to David Schwartz, researching and writing on constitutional law and history. She was also a Wisconsin Russia Project graduate assistant, conducting research on Russian constitutional law, and served as the editor-in-chief of the Wisconsin Law Review. Olivia is the recipient of the 2020 Robert C. Watson Award by the American Intellectual Property Association.
