Jessie Delacenserie represents clients in litigation matters involving patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes. She has experience preparing fact and expert witnesses at trial, defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, drafting and responding to discovery requests, preparing expert reports, and conducting legal research.
As a former software development engineer at Amazon, Jessie is able to provide technical insight regarding complex software issues. Her representative experience includes defending the deposition of a technical expert in a software copyright and trade secret dispute.
