Landlord brought various claims against both the tenant SPE and the guarantor. All of the landlord’s claims against the guarantor for breach of lease and breach of guaranty were dismissed with prejudice.

Represent a tenant special purpose entity in a lease dispute relating to tenant improvements, construction issues, and lease termination. The case settled on very favorable terms to the tenant, including full lease exit.
700 K Street NW Tenant LLC v. TMG 800 K Street LLC
Represent a tenant in a dispute against the landlord for failure to pay the tenant $6.8 million in allowance funds. Case settled two weeks after the complaint was filed on terms favorable to the tenant, which obtained all allowance funds owed.
