Overview

Our team of professionals is led by social scientists who hold two of the only doctorates in the United States that are specific to trial consulting. They have a national practice and offer jury and litigation consulting, witness preparation, and case strategy consulting.

They draw upon decades of experience, both academic and practical, from hundreds of cases researching how juries, judges, and arbitrators respond to complex issues. That experience enables them to bring an immediate baseline of strategic depth to every new case.

Our in-house consulting team develops a deep understanding of case by working closely with firm lawyers, creating strategic advantages and offering persuasive tools to clients.

Mock Jury Research
Mock jury research enables trial teams to test the most persuasive case strategies. Our mock jurors, with their unique perspectives, help identify strategies to amplify the strengths and mitigate the weaknesses in a case.

Judicial and Arbitration Research
Judicial and arbitration research enables trial teams to test important strategies in a case with blindly recruited judges, mock arbitrators, or mock juries. These strategies also amplify the strengths and mitigate the weaknesses in a case. Our research finds that judges and juries share some decision-making similarities with critical differences worth testing.

Preparing Witnesses
Our methods for preparing witnesses have evolved to reflect current modes of testifying. Our approach encompasses new knowledge about witness credibility and changing strategies for using the deposition for settlement. We also prepare witnesses for arbitration and trial
