Women only make up 10% of attorney appearances at the PTAB. Certain industries, such as pharma and biotech, tend to have more women appear than other industries. The webinar was a discussion about current statistics, how women appearances may be affected by new institution decisions guidelines, and other initiatives that the PTAB may want to consider to increase women attorney appearances.
