(April 11, 2016) - Perkins Coie was recently named the sixth ranked firm in the country for the number of Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings handled, with 71 overall PTAB matters, according to Docket Navigator’s 2015 Year in Review. Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine, which used data from Docket Navigator to analyze PTAB petitions filed in 2015, also named Perkins Coie the eighth most-hired petitioner law firm last year for handling 48 matters. This marks the second year in a row that Perkins Coie has been ranked in the top ten for handling post-grant proceedings.

Bing Ai, co-chair of Perkins Coie’s Post-Grant practice, was the eighth most active attorney at the PTAB for petitioners with 29 petitions.
