Stefani is a veteran patent litigator who specializes in representing technology companies in IP cases before federal district courts and the ITC. Stefani has won significant patent cases for leading technology companies, including Amazon and Spotify. Recognized as a leading IP litigator and among the top women in technology law, Stefani has been named among the Top 100 Intellectual Property Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal every year since 2011 and has also placed on its Top Women Lawyers in California list multiple times. She is also ranked by Chambers USA in two categories—International Trade: Intellectual Property (Section 337) and California: Intellectual Property: Patent Litigation.

Nate has significant IP trial experience and focuses on representing clients in the high-tech and consumer products industries, including in the blockchain, network security, and semiconductor sectors.
