This year, the Federal Circuit Bar Association Bench & Bar® Conference was held virtually from June 16-19. Partner Dan L. Bagatell, along with others, presented on “Practical and Complex Representation Considerations (Ethics)” on June 17. The panel explored ethical issues that arise over the course of litigation, from issues arising from litigation funding, to positional conflicts during joint representation, to positions taken in different cases in different jurisdictions, to settlements requiring court action such as vacatur of prior orders.
