Please join us for our 2024 Product Liability Workshop. This well-regarded workshop has been one of our keystone events for more than 30 years and has been presented to employees from more than 800 companies.

Drawn from our lawyers’ experience, the case study spans a product’s entire lifecycle, from initial design and testing to a post-accident courtroom showdown. This year’s workshop will feature a case study focusing on an electric bicycle. Topics covered will include product liability litigation pitfalls, discovery lessons learned, dealing with adverse expert testimony, and tactics employed against corporate defendants in jury trials. We present materials derived from actual cases, including depositions, cross-examinations, smoking gun emails and text messages, and the use of product materials in court. We also offer a refresher on product liability basics. The workshop focuses on ways to help employees work better on a day-to-day basis to reduce product liability exposure.

Read more workshop details here.

The one-day intensive workshop will be held in person in our downtown Seattle office. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided; we hope you will stay for the cocktail reception.
