The Federal Circuit Bar Association Bench & Bar® Conference was held virtually from June 21-25. Counsel Reese Nguyen was a panelist on the “Diversity” panel, which was comprised of a United States District Court Judge, and law firm and in-house counsel. The panel explored the critical practical importance of diversity and inclusion throughout the profession. Partner Andy Dufresne, along with others, presented on “PTAB – Session on Discretionary Denials” on June 24. The panel discussed the effect of these discretionary denials on IPR procedure as well as on co-pending district court litigation.
