Jeffery S. Clackley Counsel

Jeffery S. Clackley’s product liability practice includes litigation, regulatory compliance, risk management, post-accident investigations, and product counseling matters. He represents companies in aviation, both civil and military, construction, and consumer products industries.

Jeff’s experience includes managing cases in state and federal courts, as well as in U.S. and international arbitrations.

Prior to his legal career, Jeff was a graduate student in classics, studied ancient Greek and Latin, and lived in both Athens and Rome. He recently provided translations of ancient Greek sources in Power and the People: The Enduring Legacy of Athenian Democracy, by Andronike Makres and Alev Scott.
