Overview

Griffin Barnett focuses his practice on intellectual property law, providing legal counsel on trademark and copyright protection, domain names, internet policy, advertising, and marketing matters; social and mobile media; e-commerce; and emerging digital platform and technology issues. He has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including media, financial services, hospitality, apparel, food and beverage, online retail and consumer products, and software and technology.

Griffin has extensive experience with intellectual property law as it relates to the internet, counseling clients on global trademark and copyright strategy, clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, and licensing.
