Grace Do is an associate in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) Law practice. Before joining Perkins Coie, Grace was an associate at a global law firm, where she represented public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Grace is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where she served as editor for the Review of Law and Social Change and co-chair of the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association. During law school, she also competed in the NYU Trial Advocacy 2017 Competition and the Stockholm Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court, and worked as an intern for the International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission.
