Christian has successfully enforced against unauthorized uses of trademarks and copyrights in high-profile federal IP litigation and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings within the technology, gaming, sport, and entertainment industries. Her experience in these industries provides her with a deep perspective on how to leverage IP and other brand assets and tailor brand protection strategies to address the increasing evolution of technology, media, and entertainment.
Christian regularly advises clients on trademark clearance, selection and registrability, IP licensing, advertising compliance for consumer goods and influencer sponsorship and endorsements, and removal of infringing online and digital IP content. As a dedicated team member, Christian works closely with her clients to understand their brand identities and craft enforcement, protection, and litigation strategies to achieve her clients’ unique business needs.
