Privatizations Of Military Facilities For U.S. Army
Represented numerous public-private partnerships in the development, construction, financing, operation and management of military housing, infrastructure and other facilities for the U.S. Army in Alaska, Hawaii and other installations across the country. The Army Hawaii Family Housing transaction was named North American PPP Deal of the Year by Project Finance magazine. We also represented a P3 in the privatization of various water and wastewater infrastructures located on an Army installation in Texas.

Financial Asset Securitizations For Community Reinvestment Fund, Inc.
Represent the Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF), a leading secondary market provider of small business loans that has funded or otherwise purchased more than $1 billion in loans over the past 20 years—virtually all of which are eligible for Community Reinvestment Act credits. Serve as sole outside counsel, responsible for structuring, documenting, and providing the necessary legal opinions for all of CRF's secondary market financings, including fund formation of various New Market Tax Credit loan pools, pooling and servicing agreements, and securities offerings for rated and unrated asset-backed securities and similar arrangements.
