Perkins Coie acquired the women-founded emerging companies boutique Kluk Farber Law PLLC in November, helping expand the firm's New York office to more than 100 lawyers, according to Sarubbi.

“I do foresee continued growth in our tech transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property (IP), and financial regulatory practices in New York—and we are always in the market for strategic hires,” Sarubbi said through a spokesperson. “Given our deeper emerging company and venture capital practice capabilities, I could also see us adding additional private equity and capital markets capabilities in New York.”
