Partner Jessica Kaiser will participate on a panel for the Utah State Bar 26th Annual Intellectual Property (IP) Summit on February 16, 2024, at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Conference Center. The panel will discuss ex parte appeals and American Invents Act (AIA) trials including inter partes review (IPR) and post-grant review (PGR).
