SEATTLE (January 10, 2022)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented Valkyrie Entertainment, a Seattle-based video game developer, in its agreement to be acquired by Sony Interactive Entertainment. For more information, please see the Sony press release here.

Valkyrie Entertainment is best known for providing video game content and co-development services for several highly acclaimed studios. It will join PlayStation Studios as the 17th studio and will aid in the development of key PlayStation Studios franchises.
