Recently, he has enjoyed advising augmented reality and virtual reality (AR/VR) platform providers on content development, content acquisition and distribution, creation and launch of content marketplaces, privacy and data security, health, safety and other issues, in addition to advising Machine Learning and SaaS solution providers on intellectual property, licensing and customer engagement strategy.

Selected in 2018 by the Outdoor Industry Association for its prestigious Skip Yowell Future Leadership Academy, Andrew represents outdoor brands and retailers in a wide range of commercial transactions. His holistic view of product development and distribution supports clients’ long-term goals while addressing immediate issues in manufacturing and distribution, product and service commercialization, OEM transactions, technology licensing, IoT strategy, digital media and advertising, promotions and marketing.
Andrew mitigates the roadblocks and risks that can arise across the product cycle. He helps clients deepen their customer relationships through operational agreements connected to distribution, third-party fulfillment and direct-to-consumer strategies. For one client, a leading sports apparel brand seeking to increase sales efficiencies, Andrew successfully advised on reconfiguring its front-end e-commerce solution and back-end point of sale and inventory management systems.
Andrew served as a Perkins Coie Interactive Entertainment Industry Fellow in 2009, during which he immersed himself in the industry, including the use of virtual currencies in online environments. Today, his IE clients encompass the full range of industry participants, including publishers, developers, distributors, social networks, hardware manufacturers and various game-enhancement service providers.
In the community, Andrew currently serves as the chair of the program committee for The Moyer Foundation, a Seattle- and Philadelphia-based organization focused on providing resources and programs for children and families affected by grief and addiction.
