PORTLAND, Ore. (December 13, 2019) - Perkins Coie is representing New Seasons Market LLC in its merger with Good Food Holdings. The merger is expected to close in January 2020.

New Seasons Market is based in Portland, Oregon, and manages 21 grocery stores in Oregon, Washington and Northern California. The company employs 4,000 staff and sells a mix of locally sourced and organic foods.
