Bekki Emerson has experience with complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings.
She also advises companies on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, and has supported clients with respect to registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Prior to attending law school, Bekki worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a paralegal intern, providing support to legal counsel. She is also a published songwriter and a studio musician.
