(February 7, 2018) - Perkins Coie represented California Natural Products, a packager of dairy-based and dairy alternative beverages, soups, broths, teas, nutritional drinks, and wine and spirits, in its acquisition by Gehl Foods LLC, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, a manufacturer of ready-to-serve, real dairy products in the sauce and nutritional beverage segments.
