Christopher represents leading technology enterprises in artificial intelligence (AI) product development and data center infrastructure, innovative energy technology, software and technology licensing, and commercialization arrangements.
Christopher Wieman advises clients in the robotics and automation industries as well as providers in renewable energy, cloud computing and infrastructure development. He drafts and negotiates agreements covering data center procurement, energy supply and renewable energy certificates, model co-development collaborations, inbound and outbound model licensing, and AI-centric product integrations.
Additionally, Chris represents providers and buyers of web-based products and services in software as a service, infrastructure as a service, and platform as a service transactions. He assists companies with negotiating and structuring complex services and outsourcing arrangements. Chris also supports merger and acquisition transactions, with a focus on intellectual property (IP) terms and issues, managing complex due diligence, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
