DENVER (March 3, 2022)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that it represented PharmaCann Inc., one of the largest privately held, vertically integrated cannabis companies in the United States, in its merger with LivWell Holdings, Inc., a multi-state cannabis cultivation and retail leader based in Colorado. The Perkins Coie deal team was led by mergers and acquisitions partners Kester Spindler and Danielle Fortier, M&A counsel David Martinez, M&A associates Blake Schell, Hannah Schuppner, and cannabis regulatory partner Barak Cohen, cannabis regulatory senior counsel Andrew Kline, and cannabis regulatory counsel Jasmine Wetherell.

Under the deal’s terms, PharmaCann and LivWell will operate over 50 dispensaries and 10 cultivation and production facilities across eight states.
