DENVER (March 3, 2022)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that it represented PharmaCann Inc., one of the largest privately held, vertically integrated cannabis companies in the United States, in its merger with LivWell Holdings, Inc., a multi-state cannabis cultivation and retail leader based in Colorado. Under the deal’s terms, PharmaCann and LivWell will operate over 50 dispensaries and 10 cultivation and production facilities across eight states.
