SEATTLE and PORTLAND (April 20, 2022)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by Marine Money for a 2021 "Deal of the Year" for its representation of public company Ardmore Shipping Corporation in its strategic investment in hydrogen generator developer, Element 1 Corp., establishment of the e1 Marine joint venture, and a $40 million preferred stock financing.

Marine Money’s annual Ship Finance "Deals of the Year" Awards recognize the shipping companies and their legal firms, banks, and financial advisors that execute exceptional transactions. The criteria for selection include “value creation for stakeholders, creativity, overcoming execution challenges and innovation.”
