The firm was recognized for achieving the highest patent challenger win rate, and leading the field for Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) petitioners based on number of proceedings. Perkins Coie also ranked fourth on the list of national firms that patent challengers hired the most in Hatch-Waxman abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) litigation last year.
