SEATTLE (August 16, 2022)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised leading nuclear innovation company, TerraPower, in a successful $750 million fundraising round, marking one of the largest advanced nuclear fundraisers to date. For more information, please read TerraPower’s press release.

TerraPower plans to use the funds to enhance its work in advanced nuclear energy technologies and nuclear medicine. The fundraiser was co-led by SK Inc. and TerraPower’s founder Bill Gates. SK Inc. invested $250 million, with additional funding coming from other investors.
