Katherine May and Andrew Pettit were mentioned in "Perkins Coie Promotes 2, Plus New Arrivals at Firms in Houston," an article in Law.com regarding the firm's new partner class of 2023.

 

Katherine May is a member of the securities litigation practice, representing companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities litigation, contract claims, constitutional issues and business torts. She has significant trial and arbitration experience, having first- or second-chaired three trials in state and federal courts and served as a member of other trial and arbitration teams.

Andrew Pettit is a member of Perkins Coie’s patent prosecution practice focusing on patent and trademark procurement, strategic analysis and intellectual property for clients ranging from individuals to multinational corporations. Pettit has experience across a broad range of technological areas, including medical, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and consumer electronic devices.
