Perkins Coie Partner Veronica Ascarrunz is co-chair of the 15th Annual Practitioners’ Think Tank on ITC Litigation & Enforcement to be held March 29-30, 2023, at the DC Bar Association.

Veronica will co-present the “Year in Review: Analyzing Notable Section 337 Developments and Assessing Impacts on ITC Practice and Procedure” session on March 29 at 9:15 a.m. ET and will also participate in the “Gauging the Importance and Use of the NEXT Advocates Program for Less Experienced Attorneys” panel on March 30 at 2:15 p.m. ET.

This conference brings together key members of the ITC bench, senior ITC lawyers, and leading in-house counsel to discuss best practice strategies and gain industry insight, with focused keynote sessions and dynamic panel discussions on timely issues, including public interest considerations, domestic industry decisions, and new developments at the ITC.
