Dave McShea, Andrew Bor, and Roy Tucker served as lead counsel to aQuantive in its record-setting acquisition by Microsoft Corporation. In the largest acquisition in its history, Microsoft agreed to pay $66.50 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $6 billion.  The deal was announced in May and was completed on August 10, 2007. 

Perkins Coie represented aQuantive from its incorporation through its venture capital financings, its initial public offering in 2000 and its life as a public company.
