Vicki Nee Associate

Vicki's practice is focused on intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyrights, domain names, and online fraud. In particular, she has in-depth experience in investigating and enforcing against cybersquatters and spammers targeting multinational corporations in a broad range of industries. Her practice experience includes litigating before the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) arbitration panel, managing comprehensive online enforcement programs, and investigating online fraud, spam, and counterfeiting. Vicki also has broad experience with prosecuting, managing, and enforcing domestic and international trademark portfolios.

Vicki serves on the board of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association for the Washington, D.C., area (APABA-DC). She also maintains an active pro bono practice by frequently volunteering for the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center’s Advice & Referral Clinic and Small Business Brief Advice Legal Clinic.
