Sam Lee focuses his practice on real estate transactions, including real estate development, acquisitions, sales, leases, and regulatory compliance.
Sam represents both public and private clients in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, including undeveloped land, office space, and retail shopping center properties. Sam drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements; reviews titles, surveys, and other due diligence items; and manages closings. Sam also represents landlords and tenants in all aspects of leasing, including negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements for various assets classes.
Sam maintains an active pro bono practice ranging from helping nonprofit affordable housing organizations acquire and develop new property to advising community organizations on navigating landlord-tenant laws.
