Circuit Court of Oregon, Multnomah County
Trial lawyer for public employee pension funds against venture capitalist and national accounting firm. Claims were theft, conversion and fraud. Two-month jury trial resulted in verdicts in excess of $60 million.

Kollman v. Cell Tech, et al.

Circuit Court of Oregon, Klamath County
Trial lawyer for defendant of nutraceutical company in suit involving claims of breach of contract, conspiracy and breach of fiduciary duty. Three-month jury trial resulted in dismissal of all claims against the company. Affirmed on appeal.

Lead trial counsel in two-week jury trial prosecuting claim for breach of contract and fraud in connection with the purchase and sale of a shopping center. The jury returned a verdict in favor of client in the amount of $650,000 in compensatory damages and $100,000 in punitive damages. Counterclaims for $4,600,000 limited to $500,000.
