Product liability litigator and counselor Christian Moller defends manufacturers against lawsuits and claims alleging design defects, negligence and failure to warn worldwide. He is a co-author of A Manufacturer's Guide to Product Liability Law in the United States, and he has represented aviation and aerospace clients for the past 30 years.
Christian defends and advises makers of commercial and general aviation aircraft and helicopters, and industrial and consumer products. Areas of his counsel include:
