Represented Post Road Group in connection with the purchase and financing by Project Build LLC of the Elements credit facility from a syndicate led by Madison Capital. Post Road and Jeffries LLC contributed their positions in the credit facility to Project Build and Post Road led the syndicate of lenders providing financing to Project Build consummate the purchase. Blue Mountain provided equity and debt capital and HPR Treatment Centers contributed assets to Project Build.
Represented Post Road Group in connection with the combination of high speed internet service provider Fibersphere LLC with GigaMonster LLC to form Gigasphere LLC. Post Road and funds advised by Post Road retained approximately 40% of the equity of the combined company, and provided $45 million in financing to consummate the transaction and provide expansion capital.
Represented Atalaya Capital in connection with debt and equity investments in Brooklyn Boulders, a owner/operator of high end, active lifestyle fitness facilities including climbing and bouldering. Proceeds are being used to expand the concept from New York, Chicago and Boston across the U.S.
