Chief of Business Operations Tammy Baldwin was quoted in “Law Firms Trade Corner Offices for Hot Desks and Hybrid Work,” an article in The Wall Street Journal,* regarding hybrid work for law firms.

For Perkins Coie LLP, which doesn’t have a mandate for in-office work, half of its offices are unassigned desks. Some attorneys share offices, switching off the days they are working in person.

“The thing about hoteling is that it isn’t new, but it’s new for law firms,” said Tammy. “It’s working well, but there are still kinks to work out.”
