Tammy Baldwin was quoted in The American Lawyer article, "Big Law Won't Follow Corporate America in Promising Remote Work Until July," regarding Perkins Coie's position on working from home.

Some firms have indicated that they are weighing an extension the work-from-home window beyond 2020. Perkins Coie has a strong relationship with Microsoft, one of the companies permitting remote work until July 2021. At the start of the pandemic, the firm said that it would allow remote work until June 2020, and it later extended the date.

“Our current position is that all our attorneys and staff are welcome to work remotely through the end of this calendar year, however, we are reviewing this time frame due to the prolonged nature of the pandemic,” Tammy said in an email.
