The presentation focused on electronic signatures, remote online notarization, and closing deals remotely. More specifically, it discussed how to sign and notarize documents remotely and electronically, electronic notarization systems and how they work, and recent regulations and laws that have come into effect surrounding e-signatures, notarization and recordation of documents.
