PORTLAND (March 9, 2020) - Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Sarah Crooks, a Portland-based business litigation partner, has been admitted as a Fellow to the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). The induction took place at the National Meeting of the College in Tucson, Arizona on March 7, 2020.

Sarah is a partner in the firm's Business Litigation practice. She is an experienced trial lawyer who has served as trial counsel in approximately 38 trials involving claims for breach of commercial contracts, employment class actions, individual wage and hour and retaliation claims, securities fraud claims, common law fraud, fraudulent transfers claims, and a large will contest and claim of elder abuse. Sarah’s pro bono trial experience includes a civil rights trial as well as representing numerous victims of domestic violence in contested restraining order hearings.

Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only to experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of 15 years trial experience before they can be considered for fellowship.
